Earning rewards made simple
Many brands offer rewards for referrals, cashback, or other incentives—and Aklamio provides the technology that makes those programs run smoothly. If you’ve received a reward, it’s because the brand you engaged with has partnered with us to manage their incentive program.
How can you earn rewards?
The way you earn rewards depends on the brand’s program. Some common types of rewards include:
- Referral Rewards – Some brands offer rewards when you refer others to shop with them. If someone makes a purchase using your referral link, you may receive a reward based on the brand’s terms.
- Cashback Rewards – Some brands provide cashback when you shop through their program. To receive your reward, follow the steps outlined in the brand’s promotion.
- Other Incentives – Brands may run special promotions, such as bonuses for signing up, making repeat purchases, or engaging in specific activities. The reward type and conditions depend on the brand’s offer.
How do you receive your rewards?
Each brand determines how rewards are issued. Depending on the program, your reward may be provided as:

Why am I receiving my reward through Aklamio?
Aklamio is the technology provider that powers the reward programs of many leading brands. We don’t decide the type of reward or the conditions of the program—that’s up to the brand running the promotion. Our job is to ensure that rewards are tracked, processed, and delivered securely and efficiently.

How to secure a reward?
To be eligible for a reward, it's essential to follow all the steps and conditions outlined on the partner’s portal. By 'partner,' we mean the brand that is collaborating with us on the reward program. Each reward program may have specific requirements, such as completing certain actions, meeting purchase conditions, or fulfilling other criteria.
Here's how to ensure you secure your reward:
Make sure to carefully read and follow all instructions provided on the partner’s portal. Ensure that you fulfil all specified requirements, whether it's sharing a referral, using a unique link to complete the purchase, or ordering a qualifying product. Any missed steps could affect your eligibility.
Please note:
1. Our rewards usually get tracked by using cookies. Therefore, cookies must be allowed in your browser. How to activate cookies?
2. Adblockers have to be deactivated. How to disable adblockers?
3. Do not open any other windows or tabs when ordering through the link from Aklamio. Do not leave any windows open in the background.
4. Finalise your purchase without interrupting the checkout process. Keep in mind that using other discounts simultaneously may result in the rejection of your reward.

Details about the available rewards, including the cash reward amounts, can be found on the respective partners' portals (by 'partner', we mean the brand that is collaborating with us on the reward program). Each partner determines the reward amounts for specific products and offers. The amount of the reward typically depends on the exact order date, the product or offer purchased, and the general terms and conditions. All information regarding the specific reward program is available on the relevant portal.
How to create a unique reward link?
Creating a unique reward link is simple and can be done directly through the portals of our partners (brands collaborating with us on the reward program). Here’s how to do it:
Find the relevant reward portal
To find the portal for our reward program, visit the partner’s official page and go to the rewards section, which will be labeled ‘powered by Aklamio’.
Understand the importance of the link
By creating and using this unique link to complete the purchase, you move closer to becoming eligible for rewards tied to our reward programs, as this is a key requirement for most of them.
Locate the link creation button
You’ll find a button allowing you to create a unique link on the partner's portal. It is usually labeled as:
- “Refer now” (or similar) for referral programs
- “Earn cashback” (or similar) for cashback programs.
Generate your unique link
Click the relevant button and follow the on-screen instructions to generate your unique link. Please note: for referrals, some partners allow you to choose whether to keep the full reward for yourself, share the reward with your friend, or give the entire reward to your friend (upon reward confirmation). Once generated, copy the link.
Share your link
- For referral programs, share the link via email, social media, or any platform of your choice.
- For cashback programs, use the link to complete your own purchase.
- For other incentives, follow the instructions provided in the portal.
Provide the correct email address for referrals
- If you're referring someone, make sure to provide your email address when creating the unique link
- The person following your referral link will be prompted to enter their own email address later in the process.
How does a contract buyout work?
Some of our partners (brands collaborating with us) offer a contract buyout, allowing you to terminate your contract before its original end date in exchange for a buyout fee.
Here's how it works:
You will need to fill out the contract buyout form to ensure the reward is registered. Once the corresponding reward (cash amount) is confirmed by the partner, you can request the payout through your reward account powered by us. How to register my reward claim via the link?
For some partners (brands collaborating with us on the reward program), rewards can only be registered through a claim form. If this is the case, you'll be informed you accordingly; you'll receive an email enabling you to access the claim form that needs to be filled out to ensure the reward registration and validation (see below example).
1. Why do I need to submit my “Order number” and other order details to Aklamio?
Your merchant has partnered with Aklamio for referral rewards or cashback processing and fulfilment. Aklamio collects order details on behalf of your merchant to process reward claims.
2. Where can I find my “Order number” or “Order reference”?
This is your unique order identifier, usually found in the order confirmation email sent by your merchant when you placed your order.
3. What is my “Order date”?
The date you placed your order, which can usually be found in the order confirmation email sent by your merchant.
4. Why is my product not shown in the dropdown list on the claim form?
The most common reason is that the product you purchased is not eligible for the reward you're trying to claim.
5. Why is my reward claim form no longer accessible?
Your claim validity period has ended, or you have already used your link to claim for a product previously. Currently, our claim links are limited to one-time use.
6. I haven’t received my claim email. How can I get help?
Please contact Aklamio’s Customer Support Team using the contact form below, specify which merchant is running your promotion, and request a new claim link to be sent to you.
7. When will I receive the reward?
If the reward has been correctly registered in your user account, it will be verified by the responsible partner, and you will be notified by email once it has been validated. The time it takes to process your reward depends on the partner handling your purchase. Each partner has its own timeline for validating rewards, which typically ranges from a few weeks to a few months, depending on factors such as service activation and the cancellation period. Understanding the validation process
To help you understand when you’ll receive your reward, we’ve outlined the key factors that impact the timeline. Please review the following sections for more detailed information.
1. Processing time overview
The time it takes to receive your reward depends on the partner (the brand collaborating with us on the reward program) handling your purchase. Each partner has their own timeline for validating rewards, which means that processing times can differ.
- Processing time: typically a few weeks to a few months, depending on the partner.
- Factors impacting time: the partner's specific validation timelines, fulfillment of terms and conditions, service activation or installation, and the cancellation period.
2. Key steps in the reward validation process
Step 1: Fulfillment of terms and conditions
Your reward can only be validated once the terms and conditions set by the relevant partner have been fulfilled. You can find these terms on the partner's portal.
Step 2: Activation or installation of services
If your purchase requires the activation or installation of services (e.g., energy, insurance, or internet contracts), reward validation can only begin once this process is complete. Please note that some purchases may not be activated or installed until several months after the original purchase date, which could impact the processing time for your reward.
Step 3: Cancellation period
The cancellation period also plays a key role in the validation process. Validation can only start after the cancellation period has ended.

How to verify the status of my reward?
You can check the current status of your reward at any time. To do so:
1. Log in to your user account (see How to log in?).
2. Navigate to the menu in the top right corner, click the arrow, and select 'Dashboard'.
We will, of course, notify you by email once your reward is confirmed and ready to be claimed.
Reward statuses and their meanings:
1. Pending – your reward has been correctly registered, and the responsible partner (the brand collaborating with us on the reward program) is verifying it.
2. Confirmed – the responsible partner has confirmed your reward.
3. Rejected – the responsible partner has rejected your reward.
Please note that you can claim your confirmed reward within one year of confirmation. After that time, it will expire and no longer be available. Please see §7 of our terms and conditions.
How do I receive my reward?
Your reward will be automatically registered on your user account after completing a purchase. This is also how you can access it, verify its status, and claim it once it's confirmed by the responsible partner (the brand collaborating with us on the reward program). To find the portal for our reward program, visit the partner’s official page and go to the rewards section, which will be labeled ‘powered by Aklamio’. Please note that for some partners, rewards can only be registered through a claim form. If this is the case, the specific partner will inform you accordingly. Accessing your reward
Once the reward is registered, you can view it in your user account. You created your user account at the start of your journey with one of the reward programs powered by us. Please see: How to confirm the user account? and How to log in?
Verifying reward status
To check the current status of your reward, simply log in to your user account and navigate to the 'Dashboard' section. We will, of course, notify you by email once your reward is validated. See more: How to verify the status of my reward?
Claiming your reward
When your reward is ready to be claimed, you can do so directly through your user account ('Balance' section). You will receive an email notifying you of the confirmed reward. The way you can claim it depends on the specific reward program you participated in. See more: Claiming a reward.
How to check earnings history?
A detailed overview of your rewards can be found in the corresponding partner's portal (by 'partner', we mean the brand that is collaborating with us on the reward program). You will receive access to your user account via email after participating in our reward program for the first time (you will be asked to confirm your user account and select a password for it). After that, you will be able to access your user account anytime.
To see an overview of your rewards:
1. Log in to your user account (see How to log in?).
2. Navigate to the menu in the top right corner, click the arrow, and select 'Dashboard'.
Basic Support

The Support Request form should be used if your reward has not been registered on your user account after the relevant purchase or if it has been incorrectly rejected. The form collects the necessary details of the new purchase and will be forwarded to the appropriate partner (the brand collaborating with us on the reward program) for manual review.
Here’s how you can create a Support Request:
1. Log in to your user account (see How to log in?).
2. Navigate to the menu option (top right corner), click the arrow, and select 'Help'.
3. Click on the 'Create a Support Request' button.
4. Choose the appropriate reason for your Support Request.
5. Select the relevant referral or cashback from the list.
6. Provide the details associated with the purchase. We request and process these details in accordance with our privacy policy.
7. Once all requested details have been provided, click on the 'Send Support Request' button.
Please remember:
- In the case of a referral, the form for the missing reward must be filled out through the referrer's account.
- Do not create Support Requests for rewards that are already registered (pending). Support Requests are only intended for unregistered or rejected rewards. Incorrectly created Support Requests will be deleted.
- Ensure all required fields are filled out.
Support Request submission deadline
You have 3 months from the order date to submit a Support Request for a missing reward, or 3 months from the rejection date to submit a Support Request for a rejected reward. Please see §10, point 2 of our terms and conditions.
Next steps
You will receive an email confirming the creation of your Support Request, along with its ID number. If it's complete, it will be sent to the relevant partner for verification. If something is missing, we will send you an email requesting the missing information. If the partner provides positive feedback, the reward will be confirmed on your user account.
Important notes on processing time
- The processing time for Support Requests follows the estimated reward validation time provided on the partner’s portal, starting from the creation date of your Support Request.
- If the activation date of a purchase is after the creation date of the Support Request, validation will begin once the services have been activated. If the activation date of a purchase is earlier than the creation date of the Support Request, the validation will begin from the date when the Support Request was created.
- Please note that, due to data protection and privacy concerns, we do not have access to our partners’ databases. As a result, we cannot review the purchase related to the reward and verify Support Request ourselves.
- Rest assured, we will notify you as soon as we receive feedback from our partner regarding your reward.
How to activate cookies?
For a reward to be tracked in your user account, you will need to allow cookies. How cookies are enabled depends on your browser. This section explains how cookies can be enabled in the following browsers:
Enable cookies in Chrome (Desktop)
1. Click on the menu button at the top right corner (three dots).
2. Select "Settings" and "Privacy and security".
3. Select "Cookies and other site data".
4. Select "Allow all cookies".
Enable cookies in Chrome (Mobile)
iOS
1. Open "Settings", scroll down and select Chrome.
2. Turn on the option "Allow Cross-Website Tracking".
Android
1. Click on the menu button at the top right corner (three dots).
2. Select "Settings" and then "Site settings".
3. Select "Cookies" and then "Allow Cookies".
Enable cookies in Firefox (Desktop)
1. Click on the menu button at the top right corner (three lines).
2. Select "Settings".
3. Select "Privacy & Security" on the left side.
4. Make sure that you select "Custom" settings and unselect the cookies option. That way, cookies won't be blocked in your browser.
Enable cookies in Firefox (Mobile)
iOS
1. Open "Settings", scroll down and select Firefox.
2. Turn on the option "Allow Cross-Website Tracking".
Android
1. Click on the menu button at the bottom right corner (three dots).
2. Select "Settings" and then "Enhanced Tracking Protection".
3. Select "Custom" and disable "Cookies" and "Tracking Content" options.
Enable cookies in Safari (Desktop)
1. Click on the "Safari" menu at the top left corner and select "Preferences".
2. Select "Privacy" on the top menu.
3. Now you can enable cookies by unchecking the "Prevent cross-site tracking" and "Block all cookies" options.
Enable cookies in Safari (iOS only)
1. Open "Settings", scroll down and select Safari.
2. Under the "Privacy & Security" section, turn off the options "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking" and also "Block All Cookies".
How to disable adblockers?
The way to disable adblockers depends on the web browser you are using. This article explains how adblockers can be disabled in the following browsers:
Disable adblockers in Chrome (Desktop)
1. Click on the menu button at the top right corner (three dots).
2. Select "Settings" and "Privacy and security".
3. Select "Site settings".
4. Then, under "Additional content settings", click on "Ads".
5. Turn off "Block ads on sites that show intrusive or misleading ads" (select "All sites can show any ads to you").
6. Make sure that you don't have any adblocker extensions active. Click on the menu button at the top right corner (three dots).
7. Select "More tools" and then "Extensions".
8. Here you can disable the adblocker extension if you have one active.
Disable adblockers in Chrome (Android only)
1. Click on the menu button at the top right corner (three dots).
2. Select "Settings" and then "Site settings".
3. Select the "Ads" option and turn it on.
* For specific adblocker apps that you may have, both on iOS or Android, just open and disable them.
Disable adblockers in Firefox (Desktop)
1. Click on the menu button at the top right corner (three lines).
2. Select "Add-ons and themes".
3. Select "Extensions" on the left.
4. Now you can disable the adblocker if you have one active.
Disable adblockers in Firefox (Android only)
1. Click on the menu button at the bottom right corner (three dots).
2. Select "Add-ons".
3. Click on the enabled adblocker add-on and disable it.
* For specific adblocker apps that you may have, both on iOS or Android, just open and disable them.
Disable adblockers in Safari (Desktop)
1. Click on the "Safari" menu at the top left corner and select "Preferences".
2. Select "Extensions" on the top menu.
3. Now you can disable the ad-blocker by unchecking it on the left.
Disable adblockers in Safari (iOS only)
1. Open "Settings", scroll down and select Safari.
2. Under the "General" section, select "Extensions".
3. Then you can disable all the content blockers in case you have any enabled.
* For specific adblocker apps that you may have, both on iOS or Android, just open and disable them.
