Claiming a Reward

If you participated in a program offering cash rewards, you can request a payout through your user account once the reward is confirmed by the relevant partner (the brand collaborating with us on the reward program).

To request a bank payout:

1. Log in to your user account (see How to log in?).

2. Navigate to the menu option (top right corner), click the arrow, and select 'Balance'.

3. Select the 'Bank transfer' option.

4. Provide the details requested in the form.

5. Enter your Aklamio password and click the ‘Request bank transfer’ button to confirm your payout request.

Important information

• Availability: Bank payouts are only available within the SEPA region or the U.S. If you are outside these regions, please choose PayPal as your payout method.
• Ensure correct bank details: Double-check your bank account details before submitting the form. If the information is incorrect, the processing bank won’t be able to complete the transfer.
• Payout confirmation: You will receive an email confirming your payout request.
• Processing time: The processing of your request will take up to 2 business days.
• Minimum balance requirement: You must have at least 1 EUR/CHF/GBP/USD/AUD/CAD confirmed in your account to request a payout.
• Bank fees: Bank transfers to foreign countries may include processing fees, depending on the bank. Please inquire with your bank if such fees apply.

To request a PayPal payout:

1. Log in to your user account (see How to log in?).

2. Navigate to the menu option (top right corner), click the arrow, and select 'Balance'.

3. Select the 'PayPal Transfer' option. If you haven't connected your PayPal account to your reward account yet, please follow the instructions in this article.

4. Enter your Aklamio password and click the ‘Request PayPal transfer’ button to confirm your payout request.

Important information

• Ensure your account is active: Make sure the connected PayPal account is still active; otherwise, your payout will fail.
• Payout confirmation: You will receive an email confirming your payout request.
• Processing time: The processing of your request will take up to 2 business days.
• Minimum balance requirement: You must have at least 1 EUR/CHF/GBP/USD/AUD/CAD confirmed in your account to request a payout.

How to connect your PayPal account with your reward account:

1. Log in to your user account (see How to log in?).

2. Navigate to the menu option (top right corner), click the arrow, and select 'Settings'.

3. Go to the 'Connect PayPal' section and click the 'Connect with PayPal' button.

4. Log in with your PayPal details.

Your PayPal account will now be connected to your reward account. If you have issues connecting your PayPal account, please refer to this article.

How to disconnect your PayPal account from your reward account:

1. Visit the respective partner’s portal.

2. Log in to your user account (see How to log in?).

3. Navigate to the menu option (top right corner), click the arrow, and select 'Settings'.

4. Go to the 'Connect PayPal' section and click the 'Disconnect' button.

Some of our partners (brands collaborating with us) offer vouchers as rewards. Once the reward is confirmed, you will be able to claim it through your user account.

If you would like to claim a voucher reward:

1. Log in to your user account (see How to log in?).

2. Navigate to the menu option (top right corner), click the arrow, and select 'Balance'.

3. Go to the 'Your Vouchers' section and click the 'Select a brand' button. Then, choose your desired brand.

4. You’ll be asked to confirm your selection by clicking the 'Claim' button. After that, you'll receive the selected voucher via email.

Some of our partners (brands collaborating with us) reward their customers through eco-friendly initiatives, such as tree planting.

If you would like to check your tree planting contribution:

1. Log in to your user account (see How to log in?).

2. Navigate to the menu option (top right corner), click the arrow, and select 'Balance'.

3. Under the 'Your eco-friendly contribution' section, you’ll be able to view your tree planting contribution and download the corresponding certificate.

Some of our partners (brands collaborating with us) offer rewards in the form of donations.

If you would like to check the details of your donation:

1. Log in to your user account (see How to log in?).

2. Navigate to the menu option (top right corner), click the arrow, and select 'Balance'.

3. Under the 'Your donations' section, you’ll be able to view the details of your donations. Here, you can choose where your reward should be donated, check the amount donated, and download a certificate confirming the donation. This certificate serves as official proof of your donation.

Please note: some partners offer donations in addition to the cash rewards. In such cases, the donation is offered separately and does not affect the amount of the cash reward.
