To log in to your user account for the reward program:
1. Visit the respective partner’s portal. By 'partner', we mean the brand that is collaborating with us on the reward program. To find the portal for our reward program, visit the partner’s official page and go to the rewards section, which will be labeled ‘powered by Aklamio’.
2. Locate the 'Sign In' button (usually at the bottom of the page).
3. Enter the email address you used to register for the reward program.
4. Enter the one-time verification code sent to your email or your Aklamio password.
5. You can also log in using your Google credentials if that was the method used to register your user account with us. Additional tip: You can access your rewards account using the dedicated button included in selected automated emails sent by us. This button will take you directly to your user account. The link is valid for 24 hours. Once it expires, you can log in using the standard login method.
Additional tips
- Double-check the email domain (e.g., googlemail.com vs. gmail.com) to avoid login issues. Make sure to use the domain you registered with.
- The one-time code is valid for a limited time. If it expires, request a new one.
- Check your spam folder if you don’t see the email with the code within a minute or two.
- If your code hasn’t arrived and you haven’t set up a password before, simply use the 'Forgot your password?' option to create one and access your account.

How to reset a password?
If you would like to reset your password:

2. Locate the 'Sign In' button (usually at the bottom of the page).
3. Enter the email address you used to register for the reward program.
4. Select 'LOG IN WITH PASSWORD,' and then click 'Forgot your password?'.
5. Enter the email address associated with your user account for the reward program and click the 'Request new password' button.
6. You will receive an email from us with a link to choose a new password. Follow the link to select your new password. Please note that once the password reset link is generated, it will only be valid for the next 24 hours.
Haven’t received the email? Please check your spam folder and email settings.
Is your new password not being accepted? Your password should be 10–100 characters long and contain all of the following: an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a digit, and a special character (+, !, &, etc.). Please make sure your password meets these requirements.

The email address associated with your reward account can only be changed by our Customer Support Team. If you would like to request a change, please reach out to us using the contact form below, and we will assist you.
Please note that we can only process the request if it is sent from the email address you have registered with us (the one used to create your reward account).
How to unsubscribe from Newsletter?
If you would like to unsubscribe from our newsletter:
1. Log in to your user account (see How to log in?).
2. Navigate to the menu option (top right corner), click the arrow and select 'Settings'.
3. Go to the 'Change email settings' section and untick the corresponding box.
4. Click 'Change email settings' to save your changes.
Please note: if you untick all boxes, you will no longer receive notifications regarding the validation of your reward.
How to delete the user account?
We're very sorry to hear that you want to leave Aklamio, but we respect your decision. To delete your user account:
1. Log in to your user account (see How to log in?).
2. Navigate to the menu (top right corner), click the arrow, and select 'Settings'.
3. You will see a button allowing you to delete your account.
4. Enter the one-time verification code sent to your email or your Aklamio password to confirm this action.
Please note: If you have any outstanding or unpaid rewards, they will no longer be available after account deletion. Please wait for confirmation of your reward and request a payout before deleting your user account.
