How to change the email address?
The email address associated with your reward account can only be changed by our Customer Support Team. If you would like to request a change, please reach out to us using the contact form below, and we will assist you.
Please note that we can only process the request if it is sent from the email address you have registered with us (the one used to create your reward account).

How to unsubscribe from Newsletter?
If you would like to unsubscribe from our newsletter:
1. Log in to your user account (see How to log in?).
2. Navigate to the menu option (top right corner), click the arrow and select 'Settings'.
3. Go to the 'Change email settings' section and untick the corresponding box.
4. Click 'Change email settings' to save your changes.
Please note: if you untick all boxes, you will no longer receive notifications regarding the validation of your reward.

How to delete the user account?
We're very sorry to hear that you want to leave Aklamio, but we respect your decision. To delete your user account:
1. Log in to your user account (see How to log in?).
2. Navigate to the menu (top right corner), click the arrow, and select 'Settings'.
3. You will see a button allowing you to delete your account.
4. Enter the one-time verification code sent to your email or your Aklamio password to confirm this action.
Please note: If you have any outstanding or unpaid rewards, they will no longer be available after account deletion. Please wait for confirmation of your reward and request a payout before deleting your user account.
