Cash Payouts

If you participated in a program offering cash rewards, you can request a payout through your user account once the reward is confirmed by the relevant partner (the brand collaborating with us on the reward program).

To request a bank payout:

1. Log in to your user account (see How to log in?).

2. Navigate to the menu option (top right corner), click the arrow, and select 'Balance'.

3. Select the 'Bank transfer' option.

4. Provide the details requested in the form.

5. Enter the one-time verification code sent to your email or your Aklamio password, and click the ‘Confirm payout’ button to confirm your payout request.

Important information

• Availability: Bank payouts are only available within the SEPA region, Australia or the U.S. If you are outside these regions, please choose PayPal as your payout method. If the bank payout method is not offered in a specific reward program, this will be indicated on the respective partner’s portal.
• Ensure correct bank details: Double-check your bank account details before submitting the form. If the information is incorrect, the processing bank won’t be able to complete the transfer.
• Payout confirmation: You will receive an email confirming your payout request.
• Processing time: The processing of your request will take up to 2 business days.
• Minimum balance requirement: You must have at least 1 EUR/CHF/GBP/USD/AUD/CAD confirmed in your account to request a payout.
• Bank fees: In almost all cases, no fees are applicable. Bank transfers to foreign countries (outside the country of the promotion you have taken part in) may include processing fees, depending on the bank. Please inquire with your bank if such fees apply.

To request a PayPal payout:

1. Log in to your user account (see How to log in?).

2. Navigate to the menu option (top right corner), click the arrow, and select 'Balance'.

3. Select the 'PayPal Transfer' option. If you haven't connected your PayPal account to your reward account yet, please follow the instructions in this article.

4. Enter the one-time verification code sent to your email or your Aklamio password, and click the 'Request PayPal transfer' button to confirm your payout.

Important information

• Availability: If the PayPal payout method is not offered in a specific reward program, this will be indicated on the respective partner’s portal.
• Ensure your account is active: Make sure the connected PayPal account is still active; otherwise, your payout will fail.
• Payout confirmation: You will receive an email confirming your payout request.
• Processing time: The processing of your request will take up to 2 business days.
• Minimum balance requirement: You must have at least 1 EUR/CHF/GBP/USD/AUD/CAD confirmed in your account to request a payout.

How to connect your PayPal account with your reward account:

1. Log in to your user account (see How to log in?).

2. Navigate to the menu option (top right corner), click the arrow, and select 'Settings'.

3. Go to the 'Connect PayPal' section and click the 'Connect with PayPal' button.

4. Log in with your PayPal details.

Your PayPal account will now be connected to your reward account. If you have issues connecting your PayPal account, please refer to this article.

How to disconnect your PayPal account from your reward account:

1. Log in to your user account (see How to log in?).

2. Navigate to the menu option (top right corner), click the arrow, and select 'Settings'.

3. Go to the 'Connect PayPal' section and click the 'Disconnect' button.
