My reward has been rejected. What should I do?

If your reward has been rejected incorrectly (all the conditions have been met, the order has not been cancelled, services are still running etc.), you can create the so-called Support Request.

How to create a Support Request?

Please remember that you have 3 months time to create a Support Request for the rejected reward (3 months following the date of rejection of your reward).
