If you want to link your PayPal account to your user account, and you see: "This PayPal account is already connected to another user account. Please remove the existing connection first", it means that you have previously connected your PayPal account to another Aklamio account.
You may have two user accounts and one of them is already connected to your PayPal account. So you should first disconnect the existing connection from the other account. You will be then able to connect your PayPal account with your second user account. In order to remove the existing connection, please follow this article.
Please note that according to our terms and conditions §8 paragraph 11, you are not allowed to have more than just one user account. If you have two or more user accounts, please contact our Customer Support at customer-service@aklamio.com. We will gladly merge your two user accounts into one.
