There are certain conditions that have to be met in order to receive a reward for referring a friend or for ordering/signing a contract for yourself.
1. The conclusion of the order/contract/insurance must be made via one of our referral or cashback links.
2. The rewards get tracked by using cookies. If a reward was not registered, in most cases a Support Request can be created. If this is not possible, the reward cannot be entered subsequently.
3. The rewards and Support Requests are checked by the respective partner.
4. If the reward or Support Request gets confirmed, it will be available for payout in the user account. You can transfer the money to a bank or PayPal account of your own choice.
